About the Role: Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Laboratory Administrator to join our award-winning team at our world-class laboratory in Archerfield, Brisbane.
This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Laboratory Administrator you will:
Undertake data entry and ensure it is performed accurately and timely. Handle customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Prepare reports as directed for distribution. Accurate customer invoicing in a timely manner. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow-up actions where necessary. Perform general administration tasks, e.g., mailing, scanning, laminating, binding, stock control. Achieve daily goals. Occasional laboratory assistance. Why Hastings Deering?
