Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back and feel proud to be a part an organisation doing meaningful work that matters like tackling climate change, mental health, and well-being.Let's care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.You'll be responsible for:• Reporting into the Chief Information Officer, leading the continuous embedment, capability building and compliance obligation of information and knowledge management across AAL using the M365 suite.• Developing and leading the continuous improvement to support improvements in information and document management, collaboration and communication using the M365 suite.• Consulting with business unit leaders and learning and development to determine the learning needs, support capability uplift and contribute to business goals, including analysing current data and training needs analysis.• Assisting with the development of learning plans and career pathways related to M365 to support the development of employees.• Reviewing and updating the eLearn for information and document management• Maintaining and develop the M365 Support hub.• Assisting with the governance for M365 Automation features• Assisting with the compliance obligations related to information and document management including but not limited, ASIDM, RRD Policy, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance and Leakage and DORA.• Providing regular updates to the Head of Knowledge Innovation Office on continuous improvement, risk and compliance and capability uplift strategies.About you:• Experience in a learning and development field and or risk and compliance.• Experience in maintaining internal control and governance, policies and procedures based on regulatory and organisational compliance.• Extensive technical experience with M365 including Teams and SharePoint• Experience in designing and implementing M365 training programs in a large organisation.• Understanding of adult learning methodogies• Understanding of risk frameworks and methodologies• Excellent written and communication skills• Proven experience facilitating large training sessions both virtually and in person.What's on offer:• Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.• A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.• An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.• Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development.• insurance products.
