About this opportunity: We are looking for an emerging leader to join our world-class Culinary brigade as our full-time Kitchen Logistics Team Leader.
Reporting directly to our Kitchen Logistics Manager, you will work alongside the wider Kitchen team who thrive on a positive culture, innovation, and the delivery of our extraordinary events!

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude looking to develop their career in the conference & events industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with overseeing staff management within the Kitchen Logistics department; Delivering high standard preparation for all of our events, and must be able to manage staff in several sections simultaneously; Assist in coordinating and delivering all arrangements related to supporting the kitchen brigade and front of house teams; Assisting in training, leading, and inspiring the Logistics team members; Assisting with the provision of adequate and clean operating equipment to meet the daily requirements of the kitchen and outlets; Maintaining our high standards of food quality and ISO 22000 food safety compliance.

Required Skills & Experience: Working rights in Australia; Kitchen, food handling, and/or logistics experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is desirable; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction; Planning, organising, and time management skills; Ability to work under some pressure and meet deadlines; Ability to work event-based hours which include evenings and weekends.
