Key Responsibilities: Pre-Shutdown Planning: Strategic planning, work list development. Scheduling the Shutdown: Develop a detailed schedule, create a countdown schedule. Building a Shutdown Team: Assemble a dedicated team, define roles and responsibilities. Organising Crewing for Shuts: Plan and manage crew requirements for shutdowns. Shutdown Supervision: Oversee all aspects of shutdown operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Shutdown Coordination: Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless shutdown processes. Planning Shutdown Equipment and Assets: Ensure all necessary equipment and assets are prepared and available for shutdown activities. Resource Allocation and Inventory Management: Ensure availability of resources, tools, and spare parts, manage inventory effectively. Post-Shutdown Review: Evaluate the shutdown process / Identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Statutory Supervisor course and exam completion preferred. Proven experience in shutdown supervision and coordination. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. What We Offer: Competitive Salary.
