Location: Field – Victoria & Tasmania
Reports To: Associate Director – Business Unit Director
Are you a dynamic Key Account Manager with a passion for making a difference in Women's Health? Join Theramex and play a pivotal role in maximizing sales and development opportunities for our innovative products.
About the Role: As a Key Account Manager, you will work independently within your designated territory to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as within a collaborative team environment to contribute to our overall business objectives. Your expertise will help build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure compliance with the Australian code of practice.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing account profitability.Develop strategic partnerships with private clinics to enhance sales growth.Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective marketing strategies.Maintain strong relationships with IVF professionals, including doctors, nurses, and procurement specialists.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Ensure all promotional activities align with Theramex values: Passion, Integrity, Collaboration, and Agility.What We're Looking For: Degree level preferred.Proven track record in key account management in the pharmaceutical industry with previous experience working with GPs, ideally within women's health, fertility and/or gynecology but not mandatory.Strong negotiation skills for formulary inclusion and hospital contract purchasing.Why Join Us?
