Key Account Contract Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Contract Administrator to join our team based in our Kewdale office on a Permanent Full Time basis.
This role will see you responsible for ensuring that the sales team can focus on selling while this position completes many of the administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will also include: Maintain monthly and quarterly reports for Key Account clients to align with contractual obligationsPrepare quotes for customersPreparing creditsData interpretationUploading of Portal documentation for key clientsCompletion of customer documentation as requiredMaintaining system data integrity by ensuring data is updated as requiredCross referencing data across multiple systemsContribute to an environment that helps to develop the relationship and business flow between Operations, Key Accounts and Business Support functionsIt is expected that you will have skills and experience including: Business and Service Industry Knowledge (Preferred)Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skillsGood knowledge and skills in Google SuiteThe ability to work well under pressure and with changing prioritiesExcellent organisation and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to deal with issues promptly and equitablyAbility to work in a team and autonomouslyAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment.If you have the skills and experience to make an impact in this role, send your resume today by clicking the Apply button now!
