Create success by ensuring sound understanding of invoicing requirements for assigned customers.
Complete weekly pre-invoicing checks to ensure complete revenue capture and final invoice accuracy.
Process third party invoice charges as per company procedures.
Review uninvoiced consignments, identify root cause of the issue and implement resolution to enable final invoice and prevention for future occurrences.
Identify and escalate questionable charges and issues to Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
For assigned customers receiving specialised invoices, process final invoices and submit via customer external systems on time, ensuring invoices are complete and accurate in accordance with customer requirements.
Maintain a reconciliation file to ensure all invoice rejections are monitored and resolved in a timely manner.
Rectify customer invoicing issues and complaints, identifying root cause, resolution and preventative actions.
Add value to customers and the company by working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve invoicing accuracy and process efficiency.
Who we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar role.
Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team.
Efficient time management.
