With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for a qualified and talented Contracts Administrator.
Our new Contracts Administrator will have strong experience with procurement, package reviews, drafting documentation, variations, reports, and managing RFIs.
What you'll do: Assist with the procurement for materials across various projects, including delivery to site Draft subcontract documentation Review, develop and administer trade packages scope of work before calling for tenders Assess quotes, negotiate, and provide tender price comparisons and recommendations Respond to on-site requests from site teams Assist with managing project variations by obtaining trade variations, assessing the collection of these subcontractors' quoted variations, and assist with the preparation of head contract variation submission Manage client and subcontractor RFIs from site Head Contract & Subcontract administration Manage and track project expenditure and prepare a monthly report Programme management Determine supply costs from new and existing suppliers Data entry and general administration About you: A genuine passion for the construction industry Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline Experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment JOBPAC experience preferred, as well as proficiency across MS Suite Agile thinking and ability to identify opportunities Confidence and demonstrated capability in negotiation Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex issues with clarity and ease A meticulous eye for detail and outstanding record-keeping skills Ability to work well both autonomously and in team environments with a commitment to organisational success How you'll benefit: 5-day work week (exception of Site Managers/Supervisors who work 10 days in 14, with every other Saturday off) Investment in training with the aim to have the best-trained workforce in the industry Free health assessments for all staff Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers Fast-tracked career development opportunities and support for our staff through mentoring, workshops, and retreats Industry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learned, and other resources.
