We are looking for a Junior Broker Support Officer to work with us in the Facultative Reinsurance team based in the Sydney Head Office at Barangaroo. You need to have excellent communication skills and a track record for providing great customer service. The purpose of this role is to support The Head of Broker Support Facultative. This will eventually lead you to support and assist our Broking team along with assisting internal and external stakeholders. As a Junior Broker Support Officer, you will be responsible for: First line of support to our Head of Broker Support Facultative. Preparing new and existing broker contract documents. Processing broker business into our Singapore office. Communicate and manage relationships with internal and external business units on business and broker related queries. Assisting with ad hoc office related projects and initiatives where this is required. You will also be required to undertake other tasks as reasonably requested by Management. To be successful in this role, you will need: Be enthusiastic! Some experience working within financial services is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
