Due to rapid growth within the team, our client are currently looking for a standout Junior Property Manager to learn from the best and progress in their team.With a quickly growing rent roll currently sitting at 110 properties, you will be working under a Senior Property Manager who is able to provide you hands-on training and support.
The Role: Entry and Exit Inspections and Reporting Routine inspections Rental reviews Arrears management Maintenance Bond disposals/ final bond reports Tribunal attendance and preparation of court documents Landlord and Tenant liaison Leasing Water Invoicing Benefits:
