The Role:

Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager, this is a role for someone that is looking to work out of a bright, open office along side some of the best in the industry! Monday – Saturday you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Property Manager with a portfolio all based around Double Bay, Bondi and surrounding:
Routine Inspections Lease Renewals Open for inspections Processing applications Issuing work orders Ingoings' Property Management Admin The Candidate: Previous Real Estate experience essential Must have a go-getter attitude! A current Certificate of Registration Own car and drivers license Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills Be a motivated self-starter Looking to take the next step up in their career!
