Your New Role   This role is an opportunity to step into a truly generalist HRBP position and make an impact with your key stakeholders on a day to day basis. You will play a key role in enabling the HR team to embed people programs, deliver excellent performance support and development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the HR Manager and forming part of a small team, you will be responsible for:
First point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding HR advice, including interpretation of policies and procedures. Assist in the management of ER matters such as absenteeism, grievances, dispute resolutions and mediations with the support of the HR Manager.Support recruitment efforts and onboardingMaintaining HR platforms and systems, reporting and compliance activities Support in the execution of projects and initiativesBased on your experience and background this role offers and opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of responsibilities. 
What you will need to succeed:   You are adaptable and agile, driven by your strong values and with a 'People First' approach. Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR, employment law or related Demonstrated working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and experience in managing ER issues  Experience in internal talent and recruitment Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to solve problems, investigate issues and be inquisitive  Company Culture & Reward Here you get out what you put in, your energy and dedication is always met by rewards and celebrations.
