Job Description Due to continual growth, we have a newly created opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our national People & Performance team based in Brisbane CBD.
This role will support the rapidly growing Engineering & Design service line, while sitting within the broader People & Performance team.
Our high performing team is focused on supporting and truly partnering with the business to create a seamless people experience while delivering tailored advice and solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:    Providing trusted advice and guidance on HR related issues with a view of developing and coaching leaders.
Management of employee relations matters including performance management, employee grievances and conducting investigations while following the relevant HR policies and processes.
Development and communication of HR policy and procedure changes, ensuring they are up to date with relevant legislative requirements.
Local management of all cyclical activities including Promotions, Salary Reviews, Engagement Survey briefings and Talent & Performance Management.
Collaborating with Business Leaders & People Managers to elevate employee experience through employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives.
Qualifications Qualifications Demonstrated hands on experience as a Junior HR Business Partner, Officer or Junior HRBP  Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR preferred  Sound generalist HR operational experience including management of ER issues  A keen interest in Talent and Engagement strategy   Project Management experience is desirable   Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills  Additional Information What We Offer You:  Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and up to 8 weeks for secondary carers.
