Junior Data Analyst

We have a newly created role in the business for a Junior Data Analyst. The role will be based in our Laverton North facility within the warehousing and distribution department. The role will primarily assist the business by collecting warehouse and transport data and producing reports. There will also be inventory tasks as part of the role. This role will also assist in customer tender preparation and maintaining SOPs.
The successful applicant will have a high level of understanding of warehouse operating systems, and the ability and knowledge to upskill staff where required for seamless warehousing operations.
Key Responsibilities: Collect and organise data to produce reports for: Warehouse productivity Warehouse occupancy Warehouse in and out volume Transport truck utilisation Transport volume Customer KPI report Internal cost analysis Other reports as required Assist in customer quote and tender preparation Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions Assist with ad-hoc data-related tasks as necessary Experience: Advanced experience with data analysis tools and WMS Inventory Control experience – minimum 1 year Exceptional time management and communication Previous experience in supply chain or similar role Warehouse operations experience – minimum 2 years Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite What benefits you get from working with Kerry Logistics: Support from the business – Your efforts aren't going to be wasted!
