Join Our Team – Assistant Strata/Body Corporate Manager (Canberra)What You'll Be Doing: Strata / Body Corporate Management involves overseeing the daily operations of buildings with multiple owners, which include various lots and common areas such as foyers, car parks, lifts, and outdoor spaces.
The Strata/Body Corporate Manager facilitates an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the building (including preparing and distributing the minutes of meetings), oversees administrative, finance, and insurance matters, and ensures urgent and preventative maintenance matters are coordinated.
The Assistant Strata/Body Corporate Manager provides support to two Body Corporate Managers, working together to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
As an Assistant Body Corporate Manager, you will:
Coordinate urgent and preventative maintenance for common areas like foyers, car parks, lifts, and outdoor spaces.Prepare notices for and follow up actions from Annual General Meetings (AGMs).Provide general administrative support that ensures customer expectations are met.Enjoy Flexibility and Professional Growth: At Whittles, we support you every step of the way.
