An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Store Manage r to join our team at DFO Uni Hill, Bundoora, VIC.
As a Store Manager at Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers exceptional customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.
About You:
Possess excellent communication skills and are truely passionate about customer service. Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI's. Are able to lead from the front, coach and mentor your team. Want to further your retail career in a fast paced, performance-based team environment. Take pride in your personal presentation and style. You must be available to work weekends. Job tasks and responsibilities:
The Store Manager will take ownership in managing the store in order to achieve:
Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer. Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Responsibility for your team's recruitment, development and performance. Visual merchandising according to company directives. Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store. Lead, coach and mentor your team to success.
Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role.
