About the role We are seeking expressions of interest for individuals to join our team for several upcoming projects in the Western Suburbs.
The primary aim of the Services Manager role is to offer leadership, assistance, and direction in managing building services across $100m+ projects within the Building Team, in order to meet business plan goals and project outcomes.
Responsibilities of the role include: Overarching responsibility for D&C delivery of fit for purpose building services on project Develop and maintain strong external client and stakeholder relationships Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships Develop and lead commissioning programme and ensure successful, on-time completion Identify and manage project Risk & Opportunity specific to services disciplines, to maximise project opportunity Work closely with other project team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the project To be successful in this key role you must have: Qualifications
• Specialist trade qualification
• Associate design qualification
• Tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical or plumbing
Experience
• Experience delivering technology and building services on major projects ($100M+)
• Experience in engineering and technical management roles
• Experience in building services role for Tier 1 contractor
• Multi-disciplined project experience in tender, design and construction phases of projects in Australia and internationally
• Expert in statutory compliance requirements in regions and territories where we operate
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience managing commercial relationships, budgets, cost control
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with a focus on relationship building, influencing, communication and negotiation skills
