We specialise in the installation and maintenance of residential safety solutions. BCMC is all about making agents lives easier and tenants lives safer. We implement a smoke alarm & safety compliance program for real estate offices all throughout Australia. We work with these offices to maintain smoke alarm compliance and safety standards, to ensure that properties are safe and compliant with the relevant legislation.
At BCMC Safety Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and efficient operations. We are seeking a dedicated  person to work on Job Scheduling Administrator to join our team and help streamline our scheduling processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage job schedules for our team, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Communicate with clients and team members to confirm job details and adjustments.
- Utilise scheduling software to maintain accurate job timelines and deadlines.
- Monitor job progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in job scheduling or administrative support is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computers, job scheduling software and advantage, Google Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
