Key Responsibilities Work closely with Civils team in maintaining customer sales and service. Preparing quotations and assisting with tenders. Working closely with production and logistics. Co-ordinating orders and ensuring they meet customer requirements. Liaison with logistics and ensuring we adhere to delivery schedules and any urgent freight requirements, updating customer schedules and requirements to ensure deliveries in a timely manner. Working with purchasing department team and assisting with supply of both local and OS products for customer requirements. 100% commitment to personal safety and safe work practices. Ability to communicate on all levels (personal and electronic). Attention to detail and the agility to operate in a dynamic growth environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Administrative role with experience is required.
