As the Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales opportunities, including:
Coaching and mentoring the store team to enable them to always put the customer first and deliver a positive experience for each customer. Developing sales and profit strategies in alignment with the business goals that enable success for you and your team. Proactively engaging with your team to identify hazards and manage risks. About you
Dedicated to the ongoing development of your team. Driven and ambitious to meet and exceed sales targets. A strong understanding of all facets of retail management. Customer-focused with the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
