About the role As a Counter Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service, while ensuring compliance with core policies and procedures, including:
Contributing to improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed. Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers, effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required. Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes. About you Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes. Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail will see your success in this role. Background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal, but not essential).
