In this standalone managerial position, you will report directly to the General Manager, focusing on developing new trading and investment opportunities to drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesYour key duties include but are not limited to:Identify and develop new trading and investment opportunities beyond existing pipelines.Act as a standalone Manager, driving initiatives independently and delivering results.Conduct marketing and research activities to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.Build and nurture strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.Manage inbound and overseas travel to foster collaboration and explore business prospects.Coordinate and communicate effectively with Japanese headquarters and international offices to align on business goals and strategies.Research legal requirements and ensure compliance with regulations to support business operations.Your ProfileIn order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing.Prior experience in a trading company or manufacturing company is preferred, though candidates with strong backgrounds in other industries will be considered.Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.Demonstrated ability to work within complex organizational structures and manage large-scale projects.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required.Please register your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
