Our IVF Nurse plays a significant role in the patient journey at Monash IVF. You are responsible for coordinating treatment and delivering nursing services for all patients. With exceptional service, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, you will directly enhance the patient experience. You will provide information, education and support to patients before, during and after IVF treatment.

The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organisation. Understanding there are ups and downs in reproductive health, our IVF Nurse will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally, you will bring the following:
Current RN registrationRecent experience in IVF/Fertility nursing (desirable) otherwise minimum 3 years experience in a nursing team environmentPhlebotomy and ultrasound scanning competency (desirable)A caring, compassionate nature to nurture a patient's fertility journeyAbility to apply the 5E patient experience principles - empathy, entrust, engage, empower, expectationA willingness to work collaboratively within a fast-paced clinicExceptional organisational and multitasking skillsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsA willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and across other departmentsA willingness to embrace the Monash IVF Group principles – Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Commitment, Create.If you're ready to join the brave leaders of reproductive care, please follow the link below.
