We bring our purpose to life via three shared values: We walk the talk, turn over every stone and keep it human.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs an Iteration Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our squad's product backlog meetsbusiness and tech expectations by applying agile delivery techniques.
You'll foster acollaborative and high-performing team environment, driving continuous improvement and apositive team culture.What You'll DoDeliver with Agility: Plan, execute, and optimise product delivery, proactivelymanaging risks, impediments, and team flow to keep projects on track.Facilitate Agile Practices: Implement and facilitate effective agile practices likeScrum or Kanban.
Evaluate current practices, propose improvements, andintroduce foundational agile concepts.Promote an Agile Mindset: Encourage continuous learning, curiosity, and a growthmindset, helping the squad to self-organise and adapt to change.Build Team Culture: Create an empowering and inclusive environment.
Addressmisalignments, resolve conflicts, and inspire a shared purpose.Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product and tech teams to integratebest practices, ensuring high-quality outcomes that deliver value to users.Mentor and Coach: Help team members grow their skills and agile capabilities,enabling the squad to achieve its full potential.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForWe need a proactive, solution-oriented leader with a passion for agile and teamempowerment.
If you're ready to drive product delivery and inspire a team to continuouslyimprove, we'd love to hear from you!Essential Qualifications, Experience & SkillsA proven track record working in and around product & development teams to deliverhigh quality products and experiences.A strong background in Agile methodology and deliveryExperience and skills working in a technical environment, with the ability to distilcomplex business requirements into stories and tasks for team membersExcellent communication and facilitation skillsExperience and skills using and managing Atlassian JIRADesirable Qualifications, Experience & SkillsScrum Master training and/or certificationDigital media industry experience, Exposure to Video and Ad Tech Stacks: Familiaritywith live streaming technology.Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with product, engineering, andad operations teams to align on objectives, manage dependencies, and streamline thedelivery pipeline.Additional InformationPlease note: This role will be advertised during our Christmas shut down period.
