Deliver with Agility: Plan, execute, and optimise product delivery, proactivelymanaging risks, impediments, and team flow to keep projects on track.? Facilitate Agile Practices: Implement and facilitate effective agile practices likeScrum or Kanban.
Evaluate current practices, propose improvements, andintroduce foundational agile concepts.? Promote an Agile Mindset: Encourage continuous learning, curiosity, and a growthmindset, helping the squad to self-organise and adapt to change.? A proven track record working in and around product & development teams to deliverhigh quality products and experiences.? A strong background in Agile methodology and delivery? Experience and skills working in a technical environment, with the ability to distilcomplex business requirements into stories and tasks for team members? Excellent communication and facilitation skills? Experience and skills using and managing Atlassian JIRADesirable qualifications, experience & skills? Scrum Master training and/or certification? Digital media industry experience, Exposure to Video and Ad Tech Stacks: Familiaritywith live streaming technology.?
