Your key responsibilities include:Act as a point of contact for all things IT and proactively support our guests and staff with their technology requirementsFacilitate resolution of operational issuesProviding Desktop Support across different software packages, including G-suite, Office365, Point of SaleTroubleshooting IT-related problems from in-house software to hardwareProviding security support and troubleshootingParticipating in the staff onboarding and offboarding processesMaintaining company hardware inventoryAbout youExcellent customer service and communication skillsPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environmentExperience setting up and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripheral and mobile devicesAble to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issuesExperience with AV equipment desirable including TVs, projectors and video conferencingThe ability to complete projects and reach them within budget and timeframes.A university degree or high level qualification in a digital/ technology related discipline will be highly regardedIf you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
