Are you a seasoned Service Delivery Manager passionate about ensuring business resilience? Our client seeks a highly organized and results-oriented Service Delivery Manager to join their growing team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service delivery, while championing business continuity planning and execution.
What you'll do: Manage and lead a team of service delivery professionals, ensuring efficient and timely service provision.Develop and implement service delivery processes, adhering to best practices and industry standards (ITIL experience a plus).Define, monitor, and report on key service delivery metrics (SLAs, KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.Work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments to understand and meet their service needs.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans.Identify and mitigate potential risks to service delivery, ensuring business continuity in the event of disruptions.Conduct regular testing and reviews of BCDR plans to maintain their effectiveness.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in service delivery and business continuity.You'll be a great fit if you have: Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred).In-depth knowledge of business continuity planning principles and best practices.Experience in developing, testing, and implementing BCDR plans.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on exceeding expectations.Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
