We're on the lookout for an IT PMO Administrator to join our expanding team.
You will provide essential support to the Technology Delivery team to ensure the smooth, efficient execution of IT projects and programs.
This role is integral to maintaining structure, compliance, and operational consistency across key IT initiatives at Perth Airport.

About the role:
PMO dashboard information in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate program-level status, risks, issues, and changes.
Support the execution of PAPL IT Project Management Framework (PMF) processes, ensuring compliance with procedures, documentation and governance standards.
Assist in the Demand Management process, facilitating demand capture, approval, and the DREAM meeting coordination.
Coordinate and oversee minor works and software requests, collaborating with architecture and cyber security teams for approvals.
Support PMO processes, including status report compliance, resource demand profiles, and documentation, allowing the Technology Delivery Manager to focus on strategic objectives.
About You:
Extensive experience in IT PMO administration, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow and project delivery frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2).
Proficient in managing documentation, reports, and governance processes within an IT project management framework.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage communication strategies effectively.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, analyse information, and ensure accuracy.
Adaptable and professional, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining composure under pressure while delivering solutions effectively.
