As an IT Operations Specialist, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to: Undertake business analysis and technical writing duties for the group.Support IT infrastructure projects.Collaborate, communicate, and liaise across the group for IT operations improvement.Support IT operations and team growth.Provide support to others in the team.We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes: Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation.Excellent planning, analysis and communication skills.Excellent administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies.Good understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development life cycle.Demonstrated ability to coordinate corporate software licensing activities including acquisitions, renewals, optimisation, compliance.Sound ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.Sound technical specification writing/documentation skills.Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.What's in it for you?
