Position Overview: The IT Manager is responsible for support of IT network, hardware and software for its operations throughout Australia, incl.
Head Office in Adelaide, by undertaking the following tasks:
Responsibilities: Provide first point of IT support contact for all staff.Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer and server hardware operating systems and applications, including managing and maintaining employee IT hardware needs, conference/meeting room facilities, telephone VOIP system, plus integrating new hardware onto the network.Ensure operation of the network across all local locations (provide IT advice and support / 1st and 2nd level and 3rd level support).Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required.Manage IT support requests: planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.Support roll-out of new software systems and software changes, including Windows and Microsoft upgrades.Act as the Single-Point-Of-Contact regarding all IT related tasks within the countrywide organization for the local employees and for Headquarter staff.Ensures cooperation between its global locations regarding IT is guaranteed.Requirements and Values: Minimum 5 years' relevant IT/industry experience and/or qualifications/experiencePrevious experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones.Previous experience working within the aviation industry and having knowledge of related high level technical software would be beneficial.Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.Ability to speak German would be highly regarded.Why Choose Our Client?
