In this crucial role, you'll ensure up-to-date contract management, drive continual improvement, and enhance engagement across the IT organisation.
Lead a small team to deliver centralised reporting, analytics, communications, and performance management.
Your efforts will help ensure our IT services are exceptional, affordable, and continually improving in maturity and capability.
Oversee the effective negotiation, execution, and management of high-value IT contracts for UniSC.
Supervise a dedicated team of four professionals and make a significant impact on our IT operations.
Apply now and be a part of our dynamic team!For more information, please visit us online: Information TechnologyYou willsupport the IT Leadership Team (CIO & Associate Directors) in delivering optimal IT service offerings throughout the university;drive consistent ways of working throughout the IT department, championing sound consistent practices, processes, documentation communication across the IT organisation and effective people management to achieve continuous productivity gains across the practices throughout the IT department; andensure that the ongoing operations of the Information Technology department is running efficiently, providing reporting and analytics in relation to financial management, workforce planning, capability uplifting and delivery of management insights to assist in effective decision making.About youYou possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the capacity to coordinate multiple parallel activities while effectively prioritising tasks.
Your demonstrated people leadership skills reflect your experience and expertise in managing, leading, and motivating teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.
You exhibit excellent judgment in problem-solving, focusing on developing innovative solutions and adapting to changes.
Additionally, your strong relationship management skills include confidentiality, diplomacy, active listening, empathy, and respect, allowing you to adapt to change, demonstrate resilience, and collaborate effectively within a team.You will possess:postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant administration and financial experience supporting senior management in a large and complex organisation, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training;experience in reporting, budget submission, and workforce engagement and capability uplift, with the ability to organise events;well-developed computing skills, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed documents and reports across several software applications, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite.
