We're currently partnering with a widely recognised IT Consulting and Managed Services provider, which is undergoing a period of expansion across the APAC region. Currently, our client is partnering with household name companies to transform their digital landscapes. offering IT management and consulting services, cloud solutions, business intelligence & big data and analytics, and thought leadership.We're looking to speak to experienced Account Executives and Business Development Managers for several key vacancies across the region. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions that drive their businesses forward.This is a sales role, responsible for growing our presence in the market, both by selling the range of offerings represented in new accounts and by increasing the penetration of our solutions into existing accounts. The successful hire will be supported by subject matter experts from our practices as necessary, particularly during pre-sales discussions with clients. The successful hire will be supported by subject matter experts from our practices as necessary, particularly during pre-sales discussions with clients.Responsibilities Take full responsibility for managing our relationships with clients.Develop and oversee strategic account plans for assigned clients.Prospect for new business opportunities and promote the overall brand to the market.Create a unified overview of all ongoing projects and activities within each account.Build multiple connections within client organizations through collaboration with various teams and leaders.Ensure the longevity of client relationships by advocating for their interests.Gain in-depth understanding of client accounts, including trends, drivers, and preferences, to leverage in decision-making.Formulate and implement sales strategies, adhering to established processes and standards, and utilizing company resources and relationships to meet sales targets.Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability growth objectives.Desired Experience: Strong technology and sales background.Track record of achieving realistic regional sales targets.Ability to identify new business opportunities and prioritize markets/opportunities to achieve growthDemonstrated experience identifying potential growth capability areas, via partnering or acquisition.Benefits:
