Investment Banking Analyst
As an Analyst in our Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Australia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients.
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors.
Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is a must.
