Investment Analyst - Specialist Disability Housing (SDA)As the Senior Investment Analyst, you will be at the heart of the organisation's operations, playing a pivotal role in the feasibility, acquisition, planning, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of developments.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new development opportunities, analyzing and researching markets and locations, as well as conducting feasibility studies on projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure each project's success. Your ability to identify potential risks and devise effective mitigation strategies will be crucial in this role.Responsibilities:Play an integral role in decisions around acquisitions and developments of new assets/projects across various locations around Australia.Work alongside the Directors in the planning process for all assigned projects, ensuring all aspects are considered and planned for.Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.Requirements:The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a Commercial Analyst, Development Analyst, or consulting role focusing on real estate markets. With at least three years of experience in feasibility or real estate development, you'll be well-versed in analyzing assets, projects, and locations.
