Committed to sustainable stewardship, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Investment Administrator to join their dynamic team.

THE ROLE

As an Investment Administrator, you will ensure smooth operations and compliance in managing custodial and non-custodial, listed and unlisted client assets. This role involves coordinating between the Client Relationship Manager and the Fund Manager to facilitate transactions, maintain records, and oversee various aspects of fund administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage account openings with fund managers and ensure regulatory documentation is complete. Process applications, redemptions, FATCA/CRS checks, and payments. Track paperwork, confirmations, and resolve AML/KYC requests to maintain compliance. Monitor trade execution and manage trade fees, promptly resolving errors and communicating with custodians. Reconcile cash positions, income distributions, and capital calls, including monthly reconciliation of the internal client reporting portal and external custodians. Manage advisor-managed assets per client instructions and address queries in collaboration with relationship managers. Update the client reporting portal for out-of-custody assets and liaise with custodians and their reporting platform. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred) 1-2 years of experience with WRAP platforms, custodians, fund managers, or advisory groups Experience in investment administration Solid understanding of AML/KYC for different entities Proficient in Excel Ability to manage in a volume peaks (quarterly reporting cycle), manual processing environment Knowledge of unlisted assets, external mangers and Australian tax entities is a plus WHAT IS ON OFFER: Hybrid work environment with flexible hours Comprehensive leave benefits, including paid parental leave and additional purchased leave Financial wellness support Diverse and inclusive team culture Opportunities for professional development and career growth
