About your new role:
The role of Inventory Supervisor is a vital component of their success.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to the following:
Ensure integrity of inventory held on siteOversee inventory team members and supervise two Team LeadersIdentify and investigate all stock discrepancies and report as requiredProcess inventory issues in a timely mannerMonitor and investigate pallet control transactionsCo-ordinate stock-takes, cycle counts and bin checks as requiredEnsure quality and safety controls are metContinuous improvement of inventory process and proceduresGenerate and review various reporting such as Inventory reportsAbout you:
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, WHS etc)
- At least 1 – 2 years' experience within the Logistics Industry as an Inventory Controller
- Able to support a growing and fast paced environment
- Exposure to Pallet Control
- OH&S awareness, following safe work procedures and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Chep Portfolio or Loscam Online (preferred however training will be provided)
- 3PL experience is essential for this role
- Experience at a Team Leader level as a minimum
