Aside from the regular coaching and support from your manager and team, and ongoing interaction with the wider intern group.
At the end of the six-week program, we hope you've gained valuable insight into the insurance industry and a possible career with GB.
How you'll make an impact What's included?
Six-weeks paid work experience Opportunity to apply your knowledge to challenging, meaningful work Relevant training and an individualised development program where you will participate in activities such role shadowing, project work, and performing the specific duties of a Claims Officer Regular coaching and support A pathway to possible employment opportunities – throughout this internship you'll start to build skills which will open the door to a range of career possibilities with GB!
About you About you Are you studying and/or qualified in Insurance, Business, Commerce, IT, Allied Health or Arts (or similar disciplines) then this may be what you are looking for.
You don't have to have insurance, claims or corporate work experience, but a passion for learning, dedication to service and a motivated disposition.
You must also have a passion for helping others, as this is part of our DNA at Gallagher Bassett.
