You'll be responsible for: Developing and leading key communications, with a focus on developing a consistent and cohesive narrative to explain the Transformation Program and associated changes to employees, create engagement and bring the program to life.
Working with Senior Manager Internal Communications, Transformation as well as Change Managers to identify, develop and deliver communication strategies to help employees understand changes associated with the Program across our divisions, , and to support overall uplift in engagement.
Developing creative, informative, and compelling communication artefacts including presentations packs, videos, scripts, articles, emails, and other collateral to bring the program into life and create engagement.
Contributing to intranet articles, newsletter articles, and presentation packs for events to ensure a cohesive transformation narrative across both the enterprise and our division.
Supporting the Area Leads, Change Managers, HR, and Change teams with key stakeholder communications and communicating specific changes relevant to the impacted division.
About you: Significant experience in internal communications within program/change communication roles within medium to large, complex organisations.
Preferably with a focus on technology led, agile programs.
A team player, with proven ability to lead the design and delivery of communication strategies in complex programs, and to work effectively in an ambiguous, Agile environment.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with change professionals and diverse team members, translating complex information into engaging content for target audiences.
Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands in end-to-end design and delivery of communications.
Technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, presentation, reporting, and communication tools, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft tools.
