About The Role Join our dynamic team as the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager, a pivotal role within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of OD&C, you will partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver on our internal communications and employee engagement strategies. You will lead the improvement and development of a range of communication channels and create moments that matter at Grill'd to align people to our purpose and organisational strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in organizing regular events that encourage two-way dialogue between the executive team and team members, ensuring open communication and feedback across the business. What You'll Be Doing * Develop and manage the content plan for internal communication to support the Grill'd strategy. * Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders. * Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels. * Plan, execute, and manage the Grill'd employee engagement program. * Organise and lead regular events that foster two-way dialogue between the executive team and team members. * Manage leadership engagement activities to connect employees to our leaders. * Design and deliver workshops to build capability in communication and enable our leaders to run engagement action workshops. What We Are Looking For * A true passion for communications, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging narratives. * Previous experience in internal communications, preferably gained in a medium to large-sized organisation with a dispersed population. * Proven experience working in a multi-site company, understanding the complexities and dynamics of communicating across different locations. * A deep understanding of the employee experience, with a focus on engagement and culture. * Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence and ability to influence senior leaders and drive impactful communication strategies. * A commitment to encompassing our core values of passion, ownership, and trust in every aspect of your work. * In-depth knowledge of the internal communications industry, including trends, tools, and techniques driving improved engagement. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Expertise in workshop and event design. * Ability to cultivate professional relationships at all levels, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.
