Our Internal Audit team focuses on helping organisations look deeper and see further. We use knowledge of an organisation's objectives, regulatory and risk management environment, and the diverse needs of their critical stakeholders to help improve and embed controls. We're looking for Internal Audit Senior Consultants to work on client engagements through complex auditing practices. Use the know-how you've gained in Internal Audit. As an expert in Internal Audit you'll solve problems by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience. In this role, you'll also: Partner with clients to help them mitigate the risks they face, by developing internal audit and risk management strategies to strengthen their existing controls and processes. Identify priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding their objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environments. Help clients navigate an evolving risk landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these to clients in an impactful way. Identify, build and implement compliance frameworks to meet our client's ever increasing regulatory environment. Supervise and coach junior team members, to foster an environment of continued growth and development within the team.
