We're on the hunt for a dynamic Integration Coordinator to join our Integration team and help deliver exceptional sponsor and partner commercial rights across our music properties.
Role Objective: As an Integration Coordinator, you'll support the Integration team in executing sponsorship deliverables, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction. This role combines event coordination, stakeholder liaison, and administrative expertise, making it perfect for a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for live events and music.
Key Responsibilities: Sponsorship Deliverables: Manage ticketing, accreditation, approvals, and promotional rights for sponsors across festivals, concerts, and venues.Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with promoters, brands, agencies, venues, and licensees to ensure seamless sponsor integration.Event Support: Act as a key contact for sponsors onsite, coordinating logistics such as deliveries, ticketing, accreditation, and bar management.Administration: Track sponsorship deliverables, coordinate team travel, handle client billing, and compile post-event campaign reports.Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to support sponsor activity and contribute to the overall success of events.Travel: Be ready to travel to locations across Australia and New Zealand to work on music festivals, tours, and events.Required Skills and Experience: Experience: Proven experience in events coordination, administration, or a similar role.
