Intake and Booking Team Leader We're seeking an enthusiastic Intake and Booking Team Leader to join our dedicated NDIS Customer Service Team. This role involves managing and meeting Partner in the Community contract deliverables of NDIS Services within the Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) Disability Services Division.
Salary: A competitive remuneration package ranging from $87,886.87 - $94,565.36 per annum + 11.5% superannuation. Type of Employment: Permanent, full-time (38-40 hours per week). This isn't just a job, it's a mission to create lasting change. ABOUT YOUWe are seeking applicants who have:

While overseeing the management and coordination of the Intake and Bookings Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and meeting Partner in the Community contract deliverables of NDIS Services in defined geographical areas.
As an Intake and Bookings Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, efficient, and responsive service provision to BSL's NDIS participants, customers, and the community. Additionally, as necessary, this position screens participant records, ensuring that all relevant participant/family/carers information is correct, current, and available.
