About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position involves undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role will work within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providersAccurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company proceduresCompleting quotes as required onsite, off-site, and onlineProcessing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imagingManaging parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectivenessManaging suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely mannerAssisting with production management of the centre as requiredEnsuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident conditionHanding over completed repairs to customersAbout You Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industryExperience with AudaNet is highly desirableIbody experience is desirable but not necessaryExcellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providersHighly professional and personableStrong systems experience and competent computer abilitiesExcel experience is an advantage but not necessaryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlinesAbility to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detailAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the teamStrong commitment to work in a safe mannerHigh attention to detailReliable, punctual, and hardworkingWe are leaders in the repair industry and offer: Team environmentOngoing trainingCareer opportunitiesLatest tools, equipment, and processesGreat opportunity to earn significant income for competent and efficient tradespeopleJunior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80kMid-Senior tradesperson: $80k-$100kAnnual salaryIf you are hardworking, motivated, and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.
