We are partnering with an Australia-wide residential insurance builder that specialises in water damage rectifications.
The Role:
As an estimator, you will be the first point of contact for assessing the site, you will then produce cost estimations, organise on-site trades and see the project through to completion.
About You:

Trade Qualification (Preferably Carpentry)
Exposure to Estimation and a good understanding of the process
Exposure to Insurance and residential works is a big bonus!
This is an entry-level role where you will be given the ability to progress your career; attitude and positivity is key!
Willingness to Progress, ability to foster and nurture a positive working environment
Tech Savvy with adaptability - all the software has been made in-house specialised against company procedures
Previous Experience leading a team as a leading hand or head tradesman
Ability to Deal with Multiple Activities at one time and organise multiple trades
