Role Overview 
Delivering market-leading administration solutions Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when engaging with licensees, advisers, brokers and other internal and external stakeholders Demonstrate excellent administration skills by proactively identifying requirements, opportunities and risks to the end-to-end adviser administration and commissions process Undertake onboarding, maintenance and off boarding activities Complete all service and administration transactions Managing the existing policy maintenance and renewals  Complete all underwriting administration transactions Skills & Experience Experience in insurance ideal Demonstrated insight in Retail life insurance industry Phone base or customer services experience Our client offers a great culture, support with career development, as well as plenty of employee benefits including wellness days and WFH flexibility.
