About the role We are on the lookout for a dedicated Insurance Consultant to join our National Insurance Services team based in Southport, Gold Coast. This role is a 3 days per week part-time permanent position, working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Reporting to the Insurance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of our body corporate clients' insurance claims.
Objectives Developing a strong understanding of the insurance claims workflow and managing your own claims portfolio.Controlling the claims process for your portfolio through to completion.Creating and building relationships with Strata Managers, Committee Members and Insurance Brokers.Using your administration experience to make the insurance claims process a seamless operation for all stakeholders.About you Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the insurance or strata industry, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest!You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the box!You can collaborate with others with the "focus on solutions".If you want to be the "glue" for our tribe and are genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you!Join our dynamic team where hard work meets friendliness!
