Insurance Broker Support Aon is looking for candidates with strong administration and/or insurance keen to kick start their insurance career or progress their career.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.
The Opportunity This role is key to the success of our team and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will be tasked with a variety of administration tasks pertaining to customer insurance policy renewals, whilst working closely with our Insurance Brokers and have exposure to a broad client portfolio.
Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service About You This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has superior customer service skills and is comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
Additionally, you will relate to the following:
Strong administration skills Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded) Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded) Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded) Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Ongoing support and mentoring will be provided to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.
