As an Insurance and Underwriting Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the accurate and timely completion of member requests within Service Delivery. These requests include all changes to default insurance cover, general insurance enquiries and changes to tailored insurance cover.This role is responsible for the monitoring of insurance application requirements and the provisioning of quality underwriting through compliance with the Insurer guidelines and standards. You will engage internal and external customers as required and be responsible for effective management of member interactions.We have one permanent role and two maximum term/secondment opportunities through to 30 June 2025 and 25 August 2025.About youIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
