As ourInjury and Return to Work Advisor at TasWater you'll provide specialist expertise in the areas of injury management, workers compensation and wellbeing.

While in this role you will support delivery of our Health and Safety Strategy and Program of Work, contribute to team outcomes and deliver specialist knowledge and support to the wider TasWater team.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position, covering parental leave until May 2025. 

This position can be located in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport.

This position attracts a salary package of $99 - 110K per annum (inc. superannuation). 
To be successful in this position you will;
Have prior experience and qualifications in Health and Safety, specifically in injury and return to work management practices,  Possess a demonstrated ability to contribute to and lead projects and initiatives aimed at improving health and safety outcomes,  Demonstrate good digital literacy, particularly strong written and verbal communication skills and, Demonstrate strong engagement skills to support liaising with external and internal people including medical specialists, rehabilitation providers, our insurer, and and our impacted people including people leaders.
