This role will work closely with Advice Systems to ensure a strong technology lens is applied to all new initiatives to drive advice quality, client experience and business efficiencies. Additionally, a key component of this role is to manage change and communication requirements for the business.What will your day look likeClient:Identifying opportunities and executing solutions to simplify advice process and deliver quality client experiencesAct in line with our purpose and strategy to re-engage the community, be worthy of their trust and ensure our products and services are provided honestly, fairly and free of any conflicts of interestProcess:Evaluate opportunities to implement changes to processes, policies, systems etc. which enable us to deliver an enhanced customer and/or banker experience and partner with key stakeholders to deliver theseBe a key SME in the advice process and provide phone and email-based support to our frontline around end to end process queriesCollaborate with Advice Systems to ensure Advice technology is driving process and being effectively embedManage and support the implementation of identified improvements across the end to end advice chainAdhere to ANZ policy and processesUtilise advice technology and other ANZ systems in line with process, procedure and guidancePeople:Successfully lead a team of advice specialists, fostering a culture of high performanceContinued professional development of self as well as mentoring and supporting other staffPrepare and present webinars and face to face training to Frontline, Paraplanning Team Leads and Advice DirectorsParticipate as an active member of the Advice Enablement Leadership Team to strive for continual growth and improvement across the advice businessEngage regularly with business stakeholders to improve efficiency, simplify the advice process and deliver an improved client experience Risk/compliance/behaviours:Ensure all advice process documentation and templates reflect both regulatory and legislative obligations (Retail and Wholesale advice)Keeping abreast of legislative and regulatory change, continually updating our business process to ensure our business remains compliant and effectiveAdhere to ANZ's values and expected behavioursEnsuring the Business acts within the Corporations Act, ASIC regulatory requirements, Adviser Code of Ethics and all other legal and regulatory requirementsRemain compliant with continuous professional development requirementsRole model and promote an ethical and compliance driven mindset, always ensuring the best interest of the customer is met, aligned with ANZ's purposeWhat will you bring?10 years financial services experience with minimum 5 years experience in advice process, document development/improvement and change managementAbility to identify opportunities and execute solutions to simplify advice process and deliver quality customer experiencesExperience managing staff in the Advice industry and a strong understanding of the marketProven change management and leadership skills due to anticipated significant regulatory and business changeExcellent understanding of advice process, legal and regulatory requirementsExperience across retail and wholesale adviceExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail along with a passion for problem solvingEffectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisationA proven champion for change.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
